InStone was responsible for the full coordination, branding and communications for the 6th European Affairs Society Network Meeting, held at City St George’s, University of London.

Our work included:
Designing and managing the event’s visual identity, from social media templates to signage and branded materials.

Coordinating logistics for over 100 student participants, including travel, accommodation and reimbursements.

Creating a centralised content hub with registration links, feedback forms and photography access.

Leading on communications before, during and after the event, including follow-up emails, WhatsApp messaging and community building.

Supporting the expansion of the network by facilitating network-wide updates, feedback collection and resource-sharing infrastructure such as WhatsApp communities and alumni groups.

The event successfully brought together European Affairs Societies from across the UK for a day of policy discussion, peer learning and long-term collaboration — with InStone supporting every step of the way.
